Return & Exchange Policy

This Return & Exchange Policy outlines the conditions under which Liminal Veil ("we", "our", or "us") may issue a refund or accept a return for products purchased through our website. By placing an order, you accept the following terms in full.

General Policy

Liminal Veil is committed to helping you arrange a smooth return or exchange for your order in case of any issues. Transparency is key, so here is how we handle shipping costs:

  • Scenario A: Our Mistake (We Cover All Costs)

If there is any error on our side (e.g., you received the wrong item, size, or there is a print/quality defect), we will take full responsibility.

We will process the replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs for the return and reshipment.

 

  • Scenario B: Change of Mind or Preference (Customer Covers Return Shipping)

If the return or exchange is due to personal choice or preference (e.g., wrong size selected, changed your mind, or didn't like the feel/color), we require you to cover the return shipping costs.

Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund or ship the exchange piece.


How to Request a Change or Replacement

If you would like to change or replace a piece, please email us at shop@liminal-veil.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange.

We will follow up quickly with simple instructions.

 

Return Conditions:

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

- New Condition: Items must be unwashed, unworn outside, and kept free from odors (including perfumes or smoke).

- Original State: Please send the item back in the same condition you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.


Order Cancellation

  • Order Cancellation within 24 Hours: You contact us via shop@liminal-veil.com within 24 hours of purchase. If the order has not yet been delivered, we are able to issue an immediate refund.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds, accept returns, or guarantee replacements under the following circumstances:

  • Delays due to carrier, customs, or force majeure events*

*Force majeure events include but are not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, epidemics, and other events beyond our control.

 

Customer Satisfaction

We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you encounter an issue not covered by the terms above, we invite you to contact us at shop@liminal-veil.com. We will review your case and will make reasonable efforts to find a satisfactory solution where appropriate.

 

Other Policies

1. Chargeback Policy:

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may be considered a violation of this policy.

2. Shipping Liability Clarification:

Liminal Veil is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking indicates delivery.

3. Order Modification Clause:

We cannot guarantee that orders shall be modified after confirmation. Please double-check your order details before checkout.

4. Fraud Prevention Clause:

We reserve the right to reject any order suspected of fraud or abuse of our return policy.


Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved exclusively in Berlin courts of jurisdiction.
