These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer” or “you”) and Liminal Veil (“we,” “our,” or “us”), governing your access to and purchase of garments through our online store. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, without exception.
Nature of Products
All items sold through this website are produced on demand, specifically for each customer. This includes printed apparel and other made-to-order garments. Due to the nature of our production model, each order is individually processed, making it non-returnable and non-refundable except under the conditions set forth in Section 4.
Orders and Fulfillment
Once an order is submitted and payment is confirmed, it enters our production system and cannot be altered or canceled. We reserve the right to refuse any order that is suspected of fraud. If an order is refused it shall be refunded
Production timelines may vary depending on the item and volume. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and are not contractually binding.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in euro (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. By submitting an order, you agree to pay the full amount indicated, including shipping costs where applicable.
We use secure third-party payment processors. Liminal Veil does not store any credit card information.
Refunds and Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds will only be issued in the event of:
- Production errors (e.g., incorrect size printed, wrong product shipped due to a mistake on our end)
- Garments that arrive significantly damaged due to manufacturing defects
To request a refund or replacement, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery at shop@liminal-veil.com, providing photographic evidence and a detailed explanation. Claims made outside this window will not be considered.

We are not liable for incorrect sizing ordered. Size charts are provided for reference and must be reviewed before purchasing.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, images, text, branding, and product concepts, are the intellectual property of Liminal Veil or our collaborating artists and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the products or website content without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liminal Veil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, data, or goodwill.
Our liability shall in all cases be limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, transportation issues, or technical failures.
Other Clauses
Order Review Confirmation
By submitting your order, you confirm that all entered information (e.g., shipping address, size selection) is accurate. We are not liable for errors resulting from customer-submitted information.
Chargeback Clause
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may be considered a breach of these Terms.
Modifications to Terms Clause
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The current version will always be available on our website and applies to all purchases made thereafter.
Privacy Policy
Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which you consent to by using this website.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
